You know ... the ones that say they have the best customer service ever, but as soon as you really need to speak to someone there's no-one available.
"Can I speak to your supervisor?"
"No, sir, she's in a meeting"
"Can you get her to call me when she gets out?"
"No, sir, she's always going to meetings"
What's with that. If she's always in meetings when does she supervise?
There's something rotten there.
